Guide Pulley
There are two sets in conjunction; the upper part should be installed into the vertical rail and the lower part should be used to install horizontal rail. It brings along the horizontal rail moving backward and forward steadily
End Cover Buffer
They will slow down the pulley’s speed and reduce the impulsive force to the end cover
Double Guide Pulley
The upper part should be installed in the horizontal rail and the lower part should be used to install in another piece of horizontal rail. It brings along the horizontal rail moving backward and forward steadily
Welder Pulley
It should be used to hang heavy object or welder by hanging pole moving along vertical rail steadily
Ball-Pivot Pulley and Plate-Type Pulley
They are used to heavy object and move in rail. In welding line, Ball-Pivot Pulley is used to hang welding guns; Plate-Type Pulley is used to hang water-cooled cables
1/2 Welder Pulley
It is used to hang heavy object such as welding transformer moving on I-beam
Welder Steeve
The upper end connects with welder pulley and the lower hangs the welder. There are several installation holes for regulation of height at pleasure
Horizontal Slide Rail
Generally, it is 1.5-2.5M and should be configured with a Ball-pivot pulley, a Cable pulley and two sets of End cover & Buffer. It can move along vertical rail with guide pulley and then welding gun can move along horizontal rail. Ensure that weld can go
