Established in 1988, Zhenan welding gun corporation (the former Zhenan Pneumatic Welding Gun Factory), is one of Chinese largest and earliest suppliers of the suspension spot welding machines, our sales always keep within top 3 among the Chinese enterprises, and our products are exported in great deal to USA, Russia, Egypt, Turkey, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Taiwan and other countries or regions.

The registered capital is RMB eleven Million. Our corporation locates in the Wenzhou, Zhejiang, one of most active economic zones in China, adjacent to highway No. 104 and Y-T-W expressway, and only 30 minutes away from Wenzhou international airport and railway station by car.

Our company is devoted to the research and development of complete set suspension spot welding machines, as the Chinese strongest supplier of this complete-set and their parts. Main products include: 

Suspension tackle transfer system (Three series, 36 specifications);

Suspension welding transformer (Two series: single phase alternating current and three phases secondary rectification, 16 specifications);

Pneumatic welding gun (Four series: Japanese style, European style, robot, automatic welding gun, about 1000 specifications);

Welding spare parts for spot welding gun (such as electrode arm, electrode cap/tip, transformer suspender, cable tie and etc). We also can design and produce the welding wire used in the small automobiles according to user requirement.

In 2012, we developed the integration of medium frequency transformer, electrode holder and take the lead in research and development out of intermediate frequency hanging spot welding machine.

Now our customers are much widely inclusive of China FAW corporation, China No. 2 Automobile Group, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation, BAW Group, Chery Automobile, SUZUKI, BENZ and more than 80 automobile manufacturers; our company firstly issued the standard catalog covering welding guns that it become the basic selection reference of such equipment for many design and research institutes, technical departments, welding and clamp manufacturing fields.
