There is more than 170 staff, including Master, undergraduates, senior technician and more than 80% technologists with Grade 5.

President: Mr. Zhou Hong miao, Senior Economist; won the title of “Developer of State new product”.

General engineer: Mr. Zhou Yuan Qi, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is the former general engineer of Zhuzhou Welding Machine Factory (One of three largest welding machine factories), the standardization committeeman of welding machine industry, and won many provincial and civic awards.

Vice general manager: Mr. Li Duo San, Senior engineer, is the former technological minister of Sino-Japan Joint Venture Yunque Automobile Co., Ltd, and attained the Second-class and third-class minister Achievement once.
